What QuickTube collects and how we use it.

What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. While you use the service we store your license redemptions, subscription periods, the email used for family invites, credit history, notifications, and web push subscriptions.
How we use it
Only to sign you in and identify your account, provide and manage subscriptions, send and remove family invites, send service notifications such as expiry and credits, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell it.
Google user data
Google sign-in gives us only your basic profile (name, email, picture). We use it only for signing in and showing your account, and we follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing and processors
We use hosting (Vercel) and a database (Neon) to run the service. We don't share personal data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it promptly, except records we're legally required to keep.
Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, sensitive data such as account passwords is stored encrypted, and admin actions are recorded in an audit log.
